Marketing & Leasing Package

Includes posting adds to many popular websites including the most popular military classifieds.  Showing the property to prospective tenants, completing the application and tenant screening process (includes credit, national criminal and eviction background checks), providing a comprehensive lease to protect the landlord, and collection of security deposit and first months rent. 
 

Marketing & Leasing Package

Pricing for the Marketing & Leasing package is 75% of the first months rent or $1000 whichever is greater.

Marketing, Leasing & Management Package

Includes all of the services provided in the Marketing & Leasing Package as well as monthly management services such as monthly rent collection offering online rent payment and/or drop off options to tenants, payment receipts, late fee notices, evictions, quarterly home inspections and maintenance and repair coordination. 

Pricing for the Marketing & Leasing package is 50% of the first months rent or $800 whichever is greater plus 6% of the monthly rent.
